A real coach, live
in your front room

Sessions over video with a coach who watches your form, counts your reps and rebuilds the plan when your week falls apart. No membership, no commute.

  • 50 minper session
  • 2–3 timesa week, on a fixed slot
  • Freefirst session

How it works

  1. 01

    A 20-minute chat

We talk through your goals, any injuries or limits, what kit you own and how much time you can realistically give it.

  2. 02

    A four-week plan

Your coach builds the programme around your equipment and your calendar. A mat and a pair of dumbbells is plenty to start.

  3. 03

    Sessions and corrections

You train on your slot and your coach fixes your form as it happens. Once a month we review progress and change the plan.

What you need to start

Nothing specialist. Two metres of clear floor and a camera you fit into head to toe will do it.

  • A laptop or phone with a camera and a stable internet connection
  • Room to lie down and stretch your arms out
  • A mat, water and trainers
  • Dumbbells or resistance bands, if you have them — not essential

Yoga, mobility & recovery

Fifteen years of yoga, the last six teaching online. Builds steady sessions for stiff bodies and busy heads — great if you sit at a desk all day and ache by Friday.

Leo Marsh

Conditioning & endurance

A club runner who trains like one. Quick, no-kit sessions that build a real engine — intervals, bodyweight circuits and the odd session that leaves you on the floor.

FAQs

Can the coach really see what I am doing wrong?

Yes, which is why we ask you to set the camera so you are visible head to toe. Your coach stops the exercise and talks you through the fix, the same as in a gym.

I have no equipment at all.

The first month works fine with bodyweight. If you need anything later, your coach will tell you what to buy — usually a resistance band and one pair of dumbbells.

What if I need to move a session?

Give us at least four hours' notice and we will move it with no charge. Later than that and the session counts as taken.

I have back and knee problems. Can I still train?

Tell us on the first call and your coach will work around it, building the plan to your limits and progressing only when it feels right.

Are sessions recorded?

Only if you ask. The recording goes to you and we delete our copy within 30 days — see the privacy policy for details.

Your first session is free

A short call, then a full trial session. You decide what happens after that.
